INSTALLING THE GAME ====================== (Note the installation instructions are printed on a separate INSTALLATION CARD as well) WINDOWS 95 ---------- Insert the Pin-ball Games CD into your CD-ROM drive. If Autorun is enabled you will be presented with the installation program automatically. If autorun is not enabled, click on "My Computer" followed by the CD-ROM drive. Select "Setup" to run the installation program. Choose the language you require using the mouse and then follow the on-screen instructions. After installation is complete the game will start automatically. Do not take the CD out until you have exited the program. To play the game at a later date either insert the CD if Autorun is enabled or, if not, click on the "Start" button on the taskbar and point to "Programs" and then "Pin-ball Games" folder and click on the game. NOTE: this game will automatically install DirectX 5 onto your system. DOS --- Insert the Pin-ball Games CD into your CD-ROM drive. Change to the CD-ROM drive (e.g. D:) and type install at the DOS prompt. Choose the language you require by using the up down arrow keys and then follow the onscreen instructions. Once the game has been installed Setsound will automatically run. Configure Setsound for your current sound card. The game will now start automatically for the first time. Do not take the CD out until you have exited the program. To play the game at a later date insert the CD into your CD-ROM drive, change to the directory in which you installed the program files and type go to start the game. 2. THE MANUAL ============= WIN 95 Users ------------ In order to view the manual with pictures it is necessary for you to install Adobe Acrobat Reader onto your system. To do this go into the 'Manual' subdirectory on your CD drive, double-click on the language subdirectory of your choice then double-click on the file Ar32e301.exe. We have supplied it as a text file called manual.txt in the same subdirectory. Simply double click on this to view it. MS-DOS Users ------------ To view the Manual (text only version). Change to your CD ROM drive (e.g. D:) and then to the 'manual' directory (type: "cd\manual"). Type "dir" and note down the name of the directory that relates to your language.
